HQ Station units were alerted to the Wellspan Chambersburg Hospital for a fire alarm around 1630 hrs. Units arrived on scene and while repositioning to another part of the hospital, crews located a large tree that had come down in the parking lot. Crews handled the fire alarm, which was found to be a faulty detector. Crews proceeded over to the parking lot and assisted Hospital Security with confirming no one was occupying any of the vehicles and assessing the damage. Crews assisted for a short time before going available.
